Solutions Full Vest Portfolio never declares a negative gross return.
The Fund, however, pays investment fees and Retirement Funds tax, which
are
deducted from the gross returns, so when a 0% gross return has been
declared
after these deductions, it is possible to get a small negative net return as

case with the returns for March and April.
