    3.  Who are our Investment Manager?

        Members who elected to transfer to the Capital Guaranteed
        Portfolio with effect from 1 January 1999 have their Fund
        Credits underwritten by the Investment Solutions Select
        Fully Vesting Guaranteed Portfolio.  This portfolio declares
        a return on a monthly basis that vests in full: that is, each
        month the interest earned is credited to the member's
        Fund Credit.
